We have found therapy to be most successful when a variety of treatments are used in the appropriate combination to meet a pet’s specific needs. We offer hydrotherapy, laser therapy, acupuncture, and much more. Rehabilitation can aid in improving your pet’s quality of life. We use rehabilitation to help with genetic diseases, post-surgical recovery, weight management, conditioning, and better mobility for older pets. What is Rehabilitation Therapy?
Rehabilitation therapy is a treatment designed to facilitate the process of recovery from injury, disease, obesity, or illness to as normal a condition as possible.
What is a Rehabilitation Veterinarian?
This is any veterinarian who focuses on rehabilitation of animals who are recovering from debilitating injuries, surgery, degenerative conditions or old age.
At Northridge, our doctors are unique. Northridge vets will see your animal through every step of their pathology, from preventative-care practices such as routine check-ups and vaccinations, to the diagnosis of injuries that lead to therapy and/or surgery, and to a speedy recovery.
